I realize my posts have been pretty serious and sprinkled with a generous dose of gloom and doom. In order to brighten things up a little bit I thought we would have some fun and explore a more entertaining topic, the topic of what is real and what is not.
Just because we see something with our own eyes does not mean what we are seeing is real. A magic trick would be a good example of this. Masks are another.
Hollywood has done a fine job of creating masks for actors. Movies and characters are absolutely transformed by the incredible technology of special effects and masks. The quality and the details of these masks is amazing.
Two men who used to work in Hollywood as a Hollywood effects artist and effects supervisor started a mask company in 2010 called Immortalmasks.com
The masks they offer will blow your mind. Many are created for Halloween costumes, depicting monsters, animals, aliens and creatures. They have colorful names such as Bloodhammer, Boar, Blood King, Bounty Hunter, Devil Dog, Death Rattle and Corpsy the Clown.
The following photos were taken from their website, Immortalmasks.com
Look at this male mask. Unbelieveable. No way in hell I would be able to detect this was a mask it is so well done. This one is called Fred. Look closely. Can you tell its a mask?
Look at the details. The wrinkles, the eyebrows and the mustache. This guy even has age spots!
Here is a photo of the mask without anyone wearing it, priced at $675.
Check out this realistic female mask they call Eve:
Here is the same mask without someone wearing it.
You can even choose from the following options: flesh, flesh and full make up, long auburn, brown or black hair, and eyebrows. The base price is $675, with hair and make up extra.
As if these facial masks were not convincing enough, they have also created silicone hands and arms, a silicone torso and a muscle body suit.
But this one takes the cake. A silicone baby! For just $650 this baby can be yours!
OMG! It is so real looking! Look at the hair!
According to their about us page on the Immortal Masks website:
“We continue to push the envelope in what can be achieved in silicone masks and are pleased to add new products to accompany them everyday.”
About the mask composition:
“Flex Fusion uses honed Hollywood film making techniques that have evolved with our research and development. Immortals Flex Fusion composite web is stronger, thinner, virtually undetectable and utilized throughout the entire mask. The composite webbing improves comfort, fit, flexibility and durability.”
Ok so did you catch the most important feature? It is virtually undetectable.
Here is one of their videos on how to put on the mask so you can get a closer look at it.
The mask covers people’s mouths, even when their mouths are open. They suggest you use your own lips to cover your teeth and refrain from showing your own teeth. Immortal Masks says, “We find that this method helps to obtain tremendous realism.”
Immortal Masks specializes in custom masks and most masks are made to order.
Another company called Realfleshmasks.com has a mask called The Grandma silicon mask. Check it out:
Again, look at all the details.

So do you think you could tell the difference between someone who is wearing a mask or not? Do think you could not be fooled?
Rob Jenkins, a pyschologist and researcher at the University of York in England, did a study to find out.
He showed people pairs of photographs, one a real face, and the other a masked face. He asked people to select the photos of the people wearing masks.
He said, “If people could tell the difference they would pick the mask every time, but that’s not what we found. In fact, people picked the real face instead of the mask on at least 20 percent of the occasions.”
He added, “People are having a really tough time telling the masks from the real face. In live situations, people just accept these masks as real faces.”
Link to the video about the study here:
But it’s not just masks that can fool us. Some people have tremendous make up skills. I am really in awe at how make up can be used like this.
Here is a really good short video of how a makeup artist uses his skill to age actors.
This next video is another one that will blow your mind. One girl just using makeup to transform herself into celebrities. I love how she does Edward Sissorhands. So cool. Well worth a watch.
Now I don’t know about you, but I find this pretty interesting. The fact that someone can completely change their identity in five minutes is crazy. It makes me a little suspicious. Hopefully after you have seen these videos, you will be a little suspicious too.
The fact that anyone with 600 bucks can buy these masks is also insane.
That is the goal of this post…to open your eyes to things you may not have seen or known before. To use discernment and discretion.
Life is about to get super wild. We need to believe nothing and question everything.
We need to seek out people and information that are trustworthy, people that have no other motives other than the desire to bring the truth. We need to do our own research and check our own facts.
We need to realize that anything being broadcast from the TV is suspect or propaganda. We are going to be lied to on such a grand scale in the coming months many will not know what hit them.
We need to remain strong and find courage to survive what is coming. I will do my best to keep you informed.
