Lie 17: The sun is harmful and you should stay indoors
Just the opposite is true, get in the sun as much as you can!
Illustration from Sai Sanjana on Pinterest.
Now many of you may be thinking why is she writing about the sun? What a stupid topic. What can we possibly learn that we don’t already know? The sun helps us make vitamin D. Duh. Yah. So what. This is not about vitamin D.
I have been on a little health journey, and lucky for you my dear readers, I am going to share with you my latest discoveries. Some really pretty cool shit. So just hang in there…
One of the most fascinating things I have learned is sunlight is like fuel for our body. Sunlight recharges and energerizes us. Sunlight is vital for healing. The light from the sun powers our mitochondria. No mitochondria, no energy. No energy, you are tired and feel like crap.
Is anyone else out there tired? Yah, I thought so. I am not the only one dealing with this curse of no energy.
It’s not just that its nice to go outside and get some fresh air. For many people, myself included, I believe the sun should be part of our daily regiman, just like working out or going for a walk.
Ok so where did I learn of this theory? From Dr. Jack Kruse, a brain surgeon who is educating as many people as possible about the need to go outside and get some sun. He is passionate about it, and often does podcasts shirtless outside. He says we are living in an oxygen holocaust and blue light will be the death of us all.
He said, “It's the light environment we've created. Nobody is outside anymore. Technology has brought everybody inside in front of a screen. That's the reason why this fact that I'm going to give you exists: Every time we spend 10% more on technology since the 1950s, the NHANES data for obesity has moved up the same amount. Guess why? Because you're destroying the leptin-melanocortin pathway. That's the reason why. So we know.’’
He added, "You can starve people, you can give them Roux-en-Y bypasses, you can tell them to stop eating Froot Loops and red dye. It's not going to have any effect on the obesity crisis. The obesity crisis doesn't go away until we get our tech diet under control. Why? Because it's obvious that blue light and non-native EMF are doing it, because it destroys the heme proteins in your body. When you destroy the heme proteins, you can't make water. When you can't make water, what happens to melanin? "It doesn't make one trillionth of one ampere current. It makes huge amounts of electricity. What does that do? It goes through the neural crest and destroys things in the hypothalamus, which is where POMC is. When you destroy POMC, you get fat. That's where it happens.’’
A couple of months ago Mike Adams from Brighteon.com interviewed Dr. Kruse. Mike’s AI tool created a good little short video to sum up his interview. Well worth your time.

Melanin
Ok translation…We need melanin. Melanin is the most important ingredient we need to produce energy and we get melanin from the light entering our eyes.
Melanin is able to transform light energy into chemical energy
Melanin is a natural pigment giving color to your skin, hair and eyes. People with fair or light skin have less melanin than those with darker skin. All creatures have melanin, including in a bird’s feathers and in fungi. It can provide protection from harmful UV rays and also plays a role in reducing oxidative stress.
Reducing oxidative stress? Really? This is huge. So many people, myself included, are suffering from oxidative stress. Oxidative stress is bad news. There is nothing good about it and it can lead to many chronic and degenerative conditions such as cancer and heart disease.
“Studies in fungi have also shown that melanin can harvest energy from electromagnetic radiation for metabolic use in a process that involves melanin’s electrical properties (referred to as radiosynthesis). The latter relates to the strong antioxidant properties of melanin.”
Taken from: https://www.cell.com/current-biology/fulltext/S0960-9822(19)31675-6
Melanin can harvest energy
This is really the whole point of this post. Energy we so desperately need can be harvested from the sun.
As a protection from UV radition, more melanin is produced.
All humans need energy to be healthy. If you are tired and do not have energy, this could be a big reason why. You are not getting enough melanin.
Do you have gray hair and poor vision? Not enough melanin.
“Melanins exhibit a unique set of physicochemical properties, such as electrical conductivity,’’ taken from the study linked below.
Electrical conductivity. Hmmm. We are electrical beings. No wonder we need melanin.
Here is a little description of how this works:
“Unsuspected intrinsic ability of melanin to dissociate the water molecule, leads to the need to rethink the physiology and biochemistry in very different bases, because then every cell in our body is able to produce its own chemical energy, which derives of light energy, and is converted into chemical energy by melanin through the dissociation of the water molecule.’’
I know it’s confusing. I have been been studying this for months and I am still confused. I am trying my best to explain it as simply as possible.
Bottom line… the light energy is converted into chemical energy, which our body needs, by the use of melanin.
All these stupid ignorant food gurus shouting from the rooftops about a keto diet or fasting or a carnivore diet or whatever latest craze are just full of crap. It’s not about the food. Stop focusing on the stupid food.
All of this incessant focus on the food is what got us to this place where 75 percent of the American population are overweight. Obviously eating less and exercising more is not the answer. Not to mention all of the people who are sick with diabetes or autoimmune conditions. Yah, just keep blaming it on the food! We are all just a bunch of gluttonous pigs who sit around all day stuffing our faces with soda and donuts!! Give me a break.
We are sick and fat because we have mitochondrial dysfunction. And the reason why we have mitochondrial dysfunction is because we are not getting enough melanin.
Kruse, from his blog post “Reality #15, Animal Photosynthesis,” said,
“Carnot showed us clearly that the hotter an engine can run, the more efficient it is. This means people with diseases have inefficient heat engines because of CHRONIC WIDESPREAD MITOCHONDRIAL COLONY FAILURE at some level. This idea has guided mechanical engineers for 200 years but it still seems to perplex doctors who treat people with diseases today. This is why UV light and melanin are so helpful in repairing defective mitochondria. They raise the temperature of the blood and mitochondria in the skin to help mitochondria in all tissues they are found using Quantum Thermodynamic principles.”
Link to that blog post here: https://jackkruse.com/reality-15-animal-photosynthesis/
Here is another quote from Kruse, taken from Twitter;
“Morning sun doesn’t just fire up beta-oxidation, it’s a quantum signal that stabilizes myelin by optimizing mitochondrial redox potential. Sunlight (especially red/infrared, 600–1000 nm) quenches ROS, protecting DHA and keeping your neural signals lightning-fast. Skip the sunrise, and your myelin takes the hit, more lipid peroxidation, more repair, more sleep, more disease like mental illness. Big Harma wants you popping melatonin, Ambien, psych drugs for that. Nature says: step outside at dawn. No filters, no protocols, no apologies.’’
Getting the sun directly into your eyes is the key. Kruse and many others, are against wearing sunglasses, because the sunglasses block this light from your eyes. It has to get in your eyes, not just on your skin.
The same goes for glasses and contacts. They block the light unless you specifically ask for the lenses that will allow the UV light to enter.
Here is a super fascinating and interesting 25 min. video from Kruse with excellent explanations about the mechanisms of light getting into our eyes and how the whole thing works. There is a lot to unpack, but most of his videos are hours and hours long, so I at least want to give you a brief introduction to his research.
Dr. Syed Haider, said in a Twitter post, “I know it sounds crazy but you are actually powered by a water battery charged by sunlight and depleted by EMF from cell towers and WiFi. Your blood is propelled by infrared light, not the beating of your heart. Your mitochondria and your hormones depend on natural light.’’

Zaid K. Dahhaj, describes himself as a heliotherapist. What the hell is that?
“A heliotherapist is a specialized practitioner who employs the therapeutic benefits of natural sunlight to treat various health conditions. Rooted in the principles of heliotherapy, which has been recognized since ancient times, this modality leverages the sun's ultraviolet (UV) radiation to stimulate physiological responses that contribute to healing and overall well-being.
The practice of heliotherapy draws on a confluence of scientific evidence and ancient wisdom. Historically, cultures such as the Greeks and Egyptians valued the sun for its health-promoting properties. To be effective, a heliotherapist must possess a profound understanding of dermatology, photobiology, and the adaptive mechanisms of the human body.’’
Definition taken from the American Psychosocial Oncology Society.
Ok, so now that we have established this guy knows a little bit about sunlight, what does he have to say about it?
Dahhaj said, “Wearing sunglasses is a circadian sin that sets you up for light sensitivity through its ability to down-regulate melanopsin function and dopamine production within the eyes. I often hear this from people in the comment section on Instagram and in person as well: “I have sensitive eyes and I need my sunglasses on at all times when outside!”
Classic sign of circadian dysfunction. Cue the concept of photo-adaptation. When you stop wearing sunglasses regularly, your eyes gradually recalibrate their sensitivity to full spectrum sunlight. Melanopsin, the blue light sensing opsin we always speak about, helps regulate how sensitive your eyes are to brightness.
When you stop wearing sunglasses, your eyes are exposed to higher light levels, leading to increased dopamine release. This, in turn, enhances the retina’s ability to adapt to bright conditions. But, if you resume wearing sunglasses, the reduced light exposure can decrease dopamine activity, making your eyes more sensitive to light again.
Now you understand one of the strongest, scientifically backed reasons why sunglasses are stupid in MOST cases. Use them occasionally if you’re in an area with a lot of glare like high altitude with snow, on water, or in some desert environments. Glare is the biggest problem here and will certainly damage the eyes. But outside of that, sunglasses are a useless iatrogenic intervention which worsens mental and physical health through disruption of the magnificent relationship between sunlight and human biology.’’
Sunglasses
Okey dokey. So no more sunglasses.
I used to always wear sunglasses when driving, and since I learned this, I stopped. I have to squint sometimes, but I know I need the light to get in. I stopped wearing them about a month ago and honestly I can still manage to drive ok. I think it does get a little easier after a while.
Also for the 30 years I lived in Florida I never wore sunglasses. Maybe if I wanted to read a book on the beach. I never wore sunscreen or a hat either. I had people with skin cancers give me lectures about how dangerous it was for me to be in the sun with no protection. This was 20 years ago. I somehow never felt the need. And yes, I did get sunburn sometimes, but it was no big deal.
Kruse, or Uncle Jack as many call him, had this to say about sunglasses,
"Most skin cancers are caused by wearing sunglasses. We're the only stupid idiot animals on the planet that have bought the bull shit that blocking the sun is smart. You don't ever want to block the sun...EVER. Your eyes were created to absorb light." Sunglasses have everything to do with cancer. You're blocking UV rays of the sun that are supposed to enter the eyes for melanin production. The entire spectrum of light is necessary including UV light.
He added, “Every cell communicates to every other cell through light. Our cells require sunlight.”
Ever since I learned how important it is for my health to get into the sun, I have been going out everyday no matter what. Cold, windy, drizzle, whatever. I go out. The light still gets thru even in cloudy overcast days, so no excuse there.
To be honest it is kind of a pain in the ass. I have work to do in the house, like write this post and do my research. I don’t really have free time to just go outside. So I set up a table, chair and an umbrella and I bring my work outside. Sometimes I don’t have an internet connection outside, so again, it can be a pain in the ass.
But I tell myself I will never get well unless I heal myself with sunlight. That’s how powerful I believe it is.
And the reason for this post is to drive home the point that sunlight is not just a nice thing to have, but if you want to remain healthy, your life literally depends on it.
And the reason why it is so important is because of all the blue light pollution. We are on our phones, in front of the computer or in front of the TV. All sources of blue light.
Blue light is the opposite of what we need. We need red light.
You know what else is blue light? LED light bulbs. Yup. Why do you think they are trying to get all of us to use LED bulbs? To save the planet? Yah right. They want us to switch because they know over time the blue lights will make us sick and kill us. Then they can sell us some more pharma posion. These people are just evil.
I highly recommend you get rid of them and switch them out with incandescent bulbs. Here is one company that still sells these bulbs:
Circadian Rhythm
Now another thing you may have noticed is Dahhaj mentioned the term circadian rhythm. He called sunglasses a “circadian sin." So what is that all about?
Basicially, circadian rhythm is the ebb and flow of the day. We are supposed to be in sync with this rhythm. It starts at sunrise, when we should be up. Uncle Jack says to never miss a sunrise. That this morning light is what starts you body on the right track. He believes seeing the light of the morning sunrise is one of the most important things you can do for your health. Our hormones are also regulated by this circadian rhythm. Really important hormones for our health such as cortisol, serotonin and dopamine.
What happens when we are out of snyc with this rhythm?
“The result is mismatched circadian signaling, which manifests as mitochondrial inefficiency, hormonal imbalance, metabolic disorders and cognitive dysfunction.”
Taken from:
https://www.avenamedical.com/blog/weve-been-wearing-sunglasses-wrong
The same article went on to say:
“In order to further optimize our light environment and circadian alignment, we should also focus on blocking the blue light found in our electronics and indoor lighting. Because humans were not meant to live in an environment of blue light 24/7, when we do, it causes a mismatch in our circadian signaling. This mismatch from constant blue light stimulation is a major contributor to many modern medical diseases such as psoriasis, cancer, hormonal imbalances, insomnia and more.
Now when you hear people talk about the dangers of the sun and protecting yourself from overexposure, remember what types of the light spectrum are truly dangerous: blue light at the wrong circadian signaling.
The best results come from waking up and getting outside with no technology or glasses to watch the sun rise. This "primes" your body to be able to take in and utilize the sunlight through out the rest of the day. You'll notice yourself becoming tanner because when the solar frequency spectrum found in morning reaches your eyes, it produces the hormone melanin, that protect our skin against sunburn.’’
According to Dahhaj:
“From a circadian standpoint, the fact that your eyes are literally brain tissue has huge implications. Light enters directly into the brain. Because the retina is brain tissue, light doesn’t just “stimulate” your brain, it penetrates and programs it.’’
“The implications are astounding. Every photon that hits your eyes is telling your brain what time it is, influencing your hormones, circadian clocks, core body temperature, metabolism, digestion, you name it,’’ Dahhaj said.
So now you can see how important all of this circadian rhythm stuff is.
Now I don’t know about you, but this little rule about getting up to see the sunrise sucks. I don’t want to get up at sunrise. I want to sleep until 8, stay up until 11. I am self-employed. I had to get up early when I worked another job. I don’t want to get up to see the stupid sunrise.
Well you know, maybe this is part of the reason I am sick.
So I set my two alarm clocks for 6 a.m. and get the hell up. It sucks alright. I hate it. I wake up tired and cold and all I want to do is go back to bed.
I stare out my old single pane window, trying to get the light since I can’t bear the thought of going outside when it is 40 degrees, foggy and drizzly.
Other circadian rhythm details include eating a big breakfast early after waking. Another big hurdle for me since I have absolutely no appetite in the morning.
But I make my stupid sausage and eggs and choke it down best I can.
Then, as if having to get up early and eat were not bad enough, another rule is that you should stop eating three to four hours before bedtime.
In the past, I probably ate 60 percent of all my calories between 8 and 10 p.m. Why so late? Because that’s when I was hungry and had time to sit down and eat.
Now, forget about it. I finish my dinner by 6 p.m. I eat nothing after that. I go to bed earlier… I am trying!
This stupid circadian ryhthm thing has been complete hell. I am not happy with this new schedule. I hate it. A month into it and I still hate it. Maybe it will be easier for you.
But if you think about it, this is how our ancestors lived. This is how our pets live. This is how all animals live.
Short video of animals in the sun:

This is how people who are healthy live.
So I had to ask myself, do you want to live or die? Keep doing what I am doing and I will die a slow painful death, full of disease and illness. Change my habits and maybe I can have half a chance of a better life and better health. I am in charge, and so are you.
Yes, it sucks. But the alternative sucks even more!
This is a major lifestyle change for me. But if I can do it, so can you. How bad do you want it?
Sunburn
Well all of this talk about going into the sun is great if you don’t get sunburn. But what if you do?
Wear light clothing that will block the UV rays but not the infrared. There are several clothing companies that make these kinds of clothes. Columbia sportswear may make these clothes, I am not sure. Here are a couple:
Go outside in the early morning or late evening. You can also stay in the shade and the light will still get thru. You will still get great benefits in the shade.
QuantumTumbler, creator of Omnilens, Recursive Harmonics, Möbius Intelligence & ZPE Structuring, said on Twitter:
“The Sun isn’t just a power source. It’s a frequency transmitter. A hyper-coherent fusion beacon sending recursive waveforms into our DNA. Photons are data. Light is memory. And the real power isn’t just in energy… It’s in the code hidden inside the flame. The future isn’t solar-powered. It’s solar-informed.”
What about melanomas?
“In an article written in the New York Times in August 2004, a high-profile dermatologist, Dr. Bernard Ackerman (a recent winner of the American Academy of Dermatology’s prestigious, once-yearly Master Award), publicly questioned the commonly accepted assumption about the sunlight/melanoma link.
According to Dr. Ackerman, who in 1999 founded the world’s largest center for dermatopathology training, there is no proof whatsoever that sun exposure causes melanoma. To substantiate his arguments, he cites a recently published article in the Archives of Dermatology concluding that no evidence exists supporting the notion that sunscreen prevents melanoma, a claim the mega-million dollar sunscreen industry and those in the medical mainstream have falsely made for decades.’’

Another great option to get the beneficial red light is to buy a red or infrared light. They are supposed to do amazing things as far as healing goes. I use a Mito red light. Mitoredlight.com

Sunscreens
Oh don’t even get me started on sunscreens. I have never used them and I never would. Your skin is the biggest organ in your body. Sunscreens are nothing but toxic posions full of nasty chemicals. No thanks.
Here is a one min. video about it:
https://x.com/i/status/1916985487153332297
Dr. Andrew Kaufman said this about sunscreen:
“Here’s the irony about the sun being blocked: many people who are outraged by this will still block their own access to the sun’s natural benefits every day by slathering themselves in toxic sunscreen.”
The magical healing powers of the sun
From Kruse: “Sunlight is medicine. But it doesn't fit the modern model of medicine. No patents. No recurring revenue. Too personalized, too free, too ancient. Our bodies evolved with light. Circadian disruption now affects everything from mood to metabolism - but no one’s prescribing morning sunlight. We don't have a healthcare system. We have a sickcare system optimized for treatment, not prevention. Until that shifts, ancient interventions like light, breath, sleep and rhythm will always be seen as “fringe.”
Dahhaj said, “The undeniable evidence is that your mitochondria are light-sensing organelles which use the sun’s full spectrum for energy production.”
Dr. Casey Peavler, a functional medicine doctor from Florida who has many excellent super educational and amazing health related videos on YouTube, had this to say about the sun:
“The top health hack to improve your general health, and for disease prevention and reversal is going to be thru the use of full spectrum light.”
Here is a link to his video about this here:
Years ago, another heliotherapist, Dr. Auguste Rollier, operated 36 clinics with over 1,000 beds in Switzerland. At 5,000 feet above sea level, it was a good location for plenty of UV light. Dr. Rollier used the UV rays to treat TB, rickets, smallpox and wounds.
“By the year 1933, there were over 165 different diseases for which sunlight proved to be a beneficial treatment. However, with the death of Rollier in 1954 and the growing power of the pharmaceutical industry, heliotherapy fell into disuse. By the 1960s, man-made “miracle drugs” had replaced medicine’s fascination with the sun’s healing powers, and by the 1980s the public was increasingly being bombarded with warnings about sunbathing and the risks of skin cancer.”
Written by Andreas Moritz from his article here:
https://www.ener-chi.com/articles/heal-yourself-with-sunlight/
He goes on to say,
“Any person who misses out on sunlight becomes weak and suffers mental and physical problems as a result. His vital energy diminishes in due time, which is reflected in his quality of life.’’
Dr. Stephanie Seneff, a researcher who has done amazing work on the harms of glyphosate, had this interesting thing to say about sunlight:
Originally published on www.stephanieseneff.net
“Those who are familiar with my research will know that I believe that humans are able to exploit the energy in sunlight by oxidizing hydrogen sulfide to make sulfate.[2]
Sulfate lining blood vessels promotes the growth of "exclusion zone" water–a gelled form of water that protects the wall of the blood vessel from exposure to damaging substances in the blood, and also creates a battery to capture the energy in the sunlight. The gel forms a slick surface to allow red blood cells to easily slide through the capillaries. Sunlight, but, most especially, infrared light, causes the exclusion zone water layer to expand dramatically, by as much as a factor of four.[3] The electricity held in the battery grows in direct correspondence.’’
Dahhaj said, “Can you believe dermatologists spend an average of 12 years in school, only to never grasp the fundamental truth that melanin is a pro-life human adaptation as opposed to damage. Tragic fucking comedy.”
Ok, so we can see from the evidence I have provided, we really do need the sun. Not just a little here and there, but as much as we can get.
So, now we have to ask, why are they blocking the sun? Why are they spraying shit into our skies to create clouds and block the sun? Why are they manipulating our sunshine? Why? Because they know.
They know in order for us to be healthy, we need the sun. They know we are electrical beings and that the sun is vital to our energy. They want us fat and sick, remember?
Here is a short video from Dr. John Campell explaining the consequences of blocking the sun: https://x.com/i/status/1915794597529166227

In order to come to terms with the numerous ways they are trying to kill us, such as poisoning us everyway they can thru our food, water and air, we need to go back to basics and not live in fear.
That is what they want. For us to be afraid. Fear produces a low vibrational energy and is the fuel for our current media propaganda. We can’t control what they do, but we can control how we react. Our perception is everything. We can yell and scream and get upset. Or we can say, what can we do?
We can control how we spend our free time. We can control our thoughts and emotions. We can control our beliefs. We can control our environment, somewhat. We can control drinking clean water and buying organic food. We can control who we listen to and who we don’t. This will be our only saving grace.
They can’t kill us if we know what they are trying to do and can get protection. Get out in the sun. Get out in nature. Get off social media. Read some books. Spend time with animals. Spend time with friends and family. Just being aware of what is really happening puts you at an avantage.
Start tracking how much time you spend outside. I am a gardener and am outside everyday taking care of my plants. I thought I was getting enough sun but my levels were still low. Try to get as much sun as you can.
As far as your vitamin D levels go, according to Dr. Mercola, “The optimal range for health and disease prevention is 60 to 80 ng/mL (150 to 200 nmol/L), with sufficiency starting around 40 ng/mL (100 nmol/L in Europe).”
To get your levels checked, a blood test is needed. You don’t have to get an order for this test from a doctor. You can order the test yourself for $35 from Life Extension. Here is a link:

How much blue light are you getting? I bought these blue blocker glasses to wear at night. There are a lot to choose from and they are not expensive.

Final words:
Many posts ago I said one of the most important things we can do is to pay attention to the outliers. Pay attention to the people who are ostracized, ridiculed and canceled. History will show us, time and time again, they were right.
